I-Action step #5 Practice Leadership

Being a business entrepreneur is being a leader. You are leading your ship to your vision. You are the captain, you decide the actions, and you direct the direction of where your ship is going. It is the so exciting.

Leadership is not control; Leadership is also not management. Leadership is led other to your vision. Your certainties compel other and inspire them to commit to support your vision. You lead by example. Being a Leader is do what I do, and forget about what I say. In fact, I think that by nature, people know that. People do not really judge you by what you say, they judge you by what you do.

As a leader you will lead other to places they have never been, do things they did not know is possible. People feel uplifted under your leadership. Very much like a warrior, people respect you, loyal to, trust you, proud to be standing along your side.

Declare your passion and dedications for your vision. Openly display your commitment to your vision and those who support you. Show others what you stand for and your quality as a person. Establish to everyone your expertise on your vision. Show other you are a person of ACTION! You need to demonstrate all of these characteristics in your daily dealing with everyone around you. If you can do that you will be a great leader, and everyone around you will know you leadership.
