I-Action step #7  Develop excellent learning habit

 

A successful entrepreneur has to keep learning and growing. When you work for someone else, the company decided; what you need to learn, and the directions, and all. You show up for training and do what they say, and you will be all right. Well, now, you are the captain of your entrepreneur-ship. You are your leader. No one is going to tell you what new trends are here. What you need to keep up? How you can stay fresh in your business?

What you need to do now is; you need to go to summits, have mentor or a coach.

 

Both My husband and I are very successful, highly motivated and very efficient people. Yet, you will never going to hear us say, “Okay, we know enough,” because the market place change continuously. New trends and tactics come up everyday. Both he and I have our own coaches, to keep us learning and growing. We stay fresh with new businesses in a day-to-day fashion by us coaching other entrepreneur as well. In addition, we both attend summits in a regularly basis, to ensure we are up on all the new trends in the market places.

 

For those of you who are serious about being successful in your entrepreneurship, you must keep learning and growing. For an entrepreneur to be successful, you have to keep growing. Moreover, you need learning to promote growth. Have you ever been to a restaurant, or a little shop, inside a shopping plaza that is from the 70’s? They have not done any upgrades, the place looks dingy, and it is just uninviting and uninspiring. You don’t want to buy anything from there. You don’t want to eat in there. You don’t even want to walk in there.

 

If you stop learning, your business would be like that little restaurant or little shop, inside that 70’s building. To learn and grow is like giving that 70’s building a much-needed remodel or a makeover. The additional benefit to continue learn and grow is that it will help you stay inspired and motivated in your entrepreneurship.

 

 

I am a big preacher on putting good stuff in your brain, filling your brain with excellent information. You can Stay inspired and motivated by continue to learn, from your mentor or your coach and attend summits. All of that will ensure you are above the survival line, preventing your business from running you around. As an entrepreneur, you are in the leadership role. You are not just managing things. You are the visionary of your business. If your business start running you. You become nothing more then a well-paid employee!
