Imperfect Action is better than No Action - that is my philosophy

Welcome back!

I have noticed in my work with clients from all walks of life; that often time they were not happy with what they are doing, but because they were not sure of what they would be happy with. Therefore, they just stay put, and continue to be un happy with their work, business and or life. I completely understood why they acted the way they did, being a former perfectionist myself. I have to tell you perfectionist is a monster. This monster is the voice that tells you “If I don’t know exactly what I want, I’m not going to do anything. If I am not exactly sure if something is going to work, I am not going to try it. I would prefer to wait until I know what to do or what the perfect answer is, before I take any action.” My Friends, I am here to say “this is not the way to go”. My vision is to enlighten you, with my philosophy of Imperfect Action is better than no Action.

None of us can afford to wait until we have the perfect remedy or perfect opportunities before we take action. Because a lot of time the perfect remedy or perfect moment never comes. Therefore, many people ended up taking No Action at all. In addition, I am certain that you don’t want to get caught in that trap. If you do nothing and wait, your life will never change. But by taking Imperfect Action, you’re giving yourself a chance to change your life for the better, and you’ll discover as I have that perfection is a journey of Imperfect Actions.

My personal experience with Imperfect Action has helped me achieve success in many different arenas of life. It gave me the strength to overcome a lot of obstacles, everything from moving to America by myself as a 16 year old who didn’t speak English, to overcoming low self-esteem and depression, to taking $300 and turning it into a multi-million dollar corporation.  From the little girl in China who was constantly told by her parents she would amount to nothing, I became the person to stand before you today: an inspirational speaker and a success coach to entrepreneurs. All of that was made possible because I took a journey of Imperfect Actions. My purpose is to inspire you to do the same.

I want to thank you for your string of blogs…I have never been one to really read these and comment but you state things in a way that shows me that is where I am today. I have a huge vision of being opening a traning conference for what you yourself are doing right now. I too want to be a Personal Development life skills coach in the areas of overcoming life obstacles and raising self esteem but do not move forward out of fear and perfectionism. I have the schooling, and even with the Award of Outstanding Achievement I do not move forward. Instead I continue to take more courses and going into debt (which thank God has all been paid) thinking it will give me the much needed confidence to go forward. I know the information, and am a pure natural in the area of helping others but still do not move forward for alot of reasons that all are surrounded in a fear of some kind.
Thank you for your boldness in moving forward and I look forward to reading more of your blogs.
