15 ways to stay motivated on your business
Welcome back!
In your journey to success there will be happy sunny days and cloudy rainy days. Here are 15 easy things to help you create more sunshine and happiness; and better handle to the association cloudy rainy days.
1. Advise, Mentor and or sponsor another entrepreneur. Will keep your own perspective fresh in business, and you are helping other.
2. Remind yourself of your WHY? Why you are passionate, and how important for you want to achieve your goal.
3. Imagine your already archived your success. What would it feels like? What would you be doing? Make it as Vivid as humanly possible.
4. Develop good habits for your business. Know that if you can do something for 27 days, it will be a habit. Once it is a habit, it will be so much easier for you to be consistent.
5. Make a to-do list with Priorities. Break it down to A as the highest priorities, B as medium priorities and C being the lowest priorities. Then in each category add numbers depends on the importance. Ex: A1, A2, A3 and B1, B2, B3 etc.
6. Stay focus on you and your goal. Make sure your certainty on your business is the highest it can be. That way it would be harder for your own fears or people to get in your way.
7. Be patient with yourself. Do not give yourself the guilt trip! Some days you are going to be more motivated and get more done than other days. Just remember as long as you are giving your best for that day. That is all right!
8. Set achievable goals. The more easily you can accomplish your goals, the more likely you are to sustain them. Set goals that emphasize the process (for example, connecting with X people about your business everyday) as well as the result (for example, get one client every X days) remember to reward yourself when you achieve a goal.
9. Don’t underestimate the value of role models. If have a coach that would be best. If you don’t, then at least pick 10 people you can call. Who believe in you and support your vision. You call them weekly to share with them what you are doing with your business.
10. Keep a success journal. At the end of everyday, just take about 5 minutes to write down what you did right. This will train you to pay attention on your thinking. Plus this journal will also be helpful to you when you are down on yourself. Take a look in here and you will see All of the good you did everyday.
11. Be kind to yourself. Pay attention to what you say to yourself. Did you know that we have over 3000 thoughts a day and almost 80% of them are negative? Learn to catch it when you are giving yourselves criticism, replace it with encouragement.
12. Focus on what you do have control of, rather than what you do not have control of to minimizes your stress levels. Also, know your strength and find ways to maximize that.
13. Work hard and play hard. You will enjoy work and leisure time more if you keep a good balance between them.
14. Listen to your body. If you are overtired or not eating properly you are going to feel run down. Take the hint. You are “no good” for anyone when you are out of commission.
15. Enjoy the ride; you are on the journey to success. You already won, just because you are in the game. So what! If you had a bad day, that is just today. It is not over until you say so. You haven’t failed yet! You are still in the running for tomorrow.
