What happen when all the layers of the onion were peeled? - “Be in the moment.”

Welcome back!

We all heard of “be in the moment”. What does it really means? To me, be in the moment is a lot like, if you could take photos of your life. And you live each frame of the photos, one frame at a time and each frame is detach from another. You would only look at the frame you are in at this very moment, not the frame before or the frame after.

Be in the moment! You are living in the present. You are free from your past’s luggage and free from your worries of the future. To be truly present; it involved a you to have total trusted in yourselves; trust that what happen in the past does not determent your futures. Also, trust yourselves to have the wisdom to handle what ever the future brings. I guest to be in the moment, it all comes down to TRUST.

When ever you allow your pasts to inference your think of your current state or when your fear of the future affects your judgment of your current circumstance. You are “Not in the moment”.

After I peeled all of the layers of my onion, what I got was the gift of “Be in the moment”

I have peeled off the overcast, of my past. I have peeled off the fear of what the future may bring. I have peeled off the entitlement of expectation on the out come. When all of the layers were peeled off; I became at eases and in the moment. Amazing things start to happen around me and the magic are in the air.

Your analogy of “being in the moment”, makes it so easy to understand the meaning of Living in the Now. To live, one frame at a time. To stop and take in that very moment as if we were staring into a picture. We love it!!
