Is happiness a priority?

Welcome back!

It is interesting that some time people would worry more about upsetting someone else’s happiness then their own. As if they believe that if they show concern of other’s happiness than they are caring. These very same people think that if they show concern of their own happiness; they may be acting selfish.

Where does that kind of think and believe come from. I guess when a person forgot to value themselves or lost who they are. They begin to rob themselves their own happiness without realizing it. This can happen to anyone, especially easily to women. Being that women are the nurturer and the care giver by nature. Most of us women were taught to give and take care of other.

However, it is because women are the nurturer and the care giver. That makes it even more important that we take our own happiness as a priority. If you want to give happiness to other, first you have to have happiness within. Think about it this way. You are the soil, and what ever you wish to give out are your plants. Just like you can’t grow tomato, in soil that has no nutrition. You can’t give happiness if you don’t make sure you have nutrition in you.

Remember everything start with you. Make your own happiness a priority, and you can spread more happiness around. Tell me some of your tips on keep up on your happiness? What do you do? What make you happy?
