A blogger friend of mine Liz Strauss just posted this on her blog site. A $10,000.00 Scholarship for any College Student who blogs. This Scholarship rewards college student with an excellent blog and inspire those who have not started their own blog to start writing. For more detail go to The College Scholarships Foundation.
I wish to spread to word about this scholarship, and I am asking your help to forward this to as many people as you can.
Further more, I am so exciting to know that Blogging is being recognizer as more then just a hobby and students can get scholarships on blogging.
It is obvious blogging are here to stay. The blog world is made up of people who are very passionate about what they write. These bloggers open up their heart and pour their souls out into the open. With the beliefs that their work will help many others, improve lives and may be even charge the world. That is a noble service that a blogger does, most blogger blog to make a difference.
This new brand of journalism is open to all and everyone can participate. It is everyday people’s writing. You don’t need to be the best writer to blog. Blogging is not Novel writing, no PHD necessary. You don’t have to be perfect to blog and because of that, for the first time ever the world experiences true freedom of expression. So keep blogging my fellow bloggers, and if have been thinking about starting a blog. Go for it, you can go Blogger, LiveJournal, Wordpress, MovableType all of them are free. Take action start your blog, you will be glad you did. Having an Imperfect Blog is better than No blog!
