How to be brave?

When someone is brave, does that mean they have less fear than others?
Are they not afraid of anything or anyone? Do they not get scare?
On the contrary, being brave means acting in the present of fear. Even the bravest soul get scare, they are just like everyone else. The difference is that the brave one keeps moving forward even if they are scare.
Who are the bravest? A navy SEAL! Or a Delta Force! Certainly war heroes are brave. What about regular everyday people? Are we brave? How do we become brave? Well, easily! All we have to do is to take action to do something that scares us. It can be speaking in public, going rock climbing, learning something new, starting your own business, falling in love etc.. Many number of things. The point is, to live your life to the fullest; to live our dreams. You are being brave.
So go on and live every day of your life to the fullest, and you will be the bravest one of all. Take Action and truly live, and you will be brave.

Imperfect Action is better than No Action
I agree, many of us show bravery in one form or another.
But with all due respect, I dont’ think you can compare the bravery of “living life to the fullest” to the bravery soldiers going into battle.
If I speak publicly, or learn something new, sure, it can be scary. But I’m going to emerge physically intact. I’m still going to see my friends and family afterwards. I’m not going to run the risk of getting maimed for life or killed.
No, I think there’s a special cateogory of bravery for soldiers (or firemen or police, etc.).
I absolutely agree with you that there are varying degrees of bravery. The kind of bravery that one has to have to put their own life on the line is not the same kind of bravery that a person needs to live their life to the fullest.
All I am suggesting is that so many people are afraid to take chances or take risks. Many people living with their song unsung inside them for their entire life. For those individuals they need to be brave to free themselves to take chances and risks, so that they can live out their lives and dreams. Even though it doesn’t require the same kind of bravery as being a war hero, it does require the person to be brave to step out their comfort zone.
I have the highest respect to our men and women who serve and protect us. May be we need a new word to describe the extraordinary kind of bravery of these men and women who serve and protect us.

Life happens when we take risks and step out of our comfort zone. Pure Happiness is living life with no regrets, enjoying every moment and it’s incredible journey. The only way to get there is to be brave.
