Whenever I travel and I wake up at my hotel room, I normally finds newspaper under my door. This morning I woke up in the Sheraton Grand Hotel in Dallas TX. I picked up the USA Today and what is on the cover? Economy projected to shrink by 2.2% and unemployment could reach 9.2% by 2010!
I believe the media loves bandwagon, the bandwagon they love the most currently are the economy crisis.
So I like to feature a story on today blog post, just to show that as much as most Newspaper would have people thinking that just about everyone is about to be bankrupt. And there is very little hope for an entrepreneur to make these days.

Times are good! Anybody looking for good times in this economy will find something, anybody looking to find bad times, they will find bad times too.
I posted a challenge in December - Make Money With No Money - I practice what I preach and took my own challenge. I spent less than $100 to start the new business and within less than 30 days I had revenues exceeding 4 digits. I’m projecting revenue close to 5 digits for January and onward.
You find what you look for - If you look for bad times you find them - you essentially find whatever you are looking for - it’s a mind set.

I am in total agreement with you. Lots of good and growing new ventures are born in bad economy time. And I am very happy now that I got out of employment early so that I do not have to worry about getting an ax. It is all up to us how we evaluate and what we will do.
