Imperfect Action is now on Alltop!
Welcome back!
Alltop - created by Guy Kawasaki is a digital magazine rack and it is an excellent site for information search and it works even better than Google in a lot of ways. For example: It you put a search on Google for inspiration you will get 102,000,000 sites. That is just too much 
information for most people. On the other hand, if you go to Alltop and search for inspiration you will see 34 high quality sites under inspiration. And I am proud to say that this blog Imperfect Action is one of 34 sites.
As you can tell being listed on Alltop is quite an honor. And to think just 4 months ago, I was viciously attacked by a PHD. She attacked me on my inability to write, my grammar and spelling etc. Honestly that did hurt and she did stop me from writing my blog, for about 5 seconds. Then I think to myself, I represent the “everyday people”. The ones that might not have: the perfect grammar, spelling or the perfect life… And I cannot let people like her stop us. The world is full of these un enlighten individuals. They work for a Monster call “Perfectionism” Their job is to stop us the “every day people.”
I decided that Ms. PHD can scrutinize me all she wants, but I am still going to continue to write. Because I know this is the only way I will get better, is to keep writing. I have to say I am so glad that I kept writing and I am getting better and better at it. And today I am listed on Alltop along side with all the other great bloggers!

It was awesome article. Congratulation on your blog in Alltop. And thank you for your helping me, us for the seminar. You are the star for non-native English people who still can be successful in business in this country, US. It was back in Sept of 08. A Professor emailed me and in her email she said that she have a number of PHDs. She said, “It is obvious that you don’t have an education!” It was a long email, mostly she was saying to me that I should stop writing! That I can’t spell and my grammar are bad.
I wrote a post about this the next day call “Do you need a Phd to blog?” And she never contacted me again.

LOL - Kudos to you Giovanna!!
Writing is a source of expression and nobody should tell you that you cannot write. I am so glad you did not listen and continued writing because only with practice can you improve. MISS PHD my you know what needs to take a step back and ask herself why she had the compelling urge to tell you that your grammar and spelling were bad. I wonder if she felt better after she told you, I’m sure she did. My grammar is real bad, and my structure - we won’t even go there but I will never stop writing.
Thanks for sharing Alltop - Although, I did not show up in any search. However, I’m #3 in google for many many search terms including Life Coach and Life Coaching. I like google, it brings me a lot of business.
