Imperfect Action battled against Health Insurance company and WON!

Welcome back!

Imagine your father is terminally ill, then his doctors advice you and your family to send your father to a Nursing home. With the Insurance Company ensuring your family that they will be cover the nursing home’s expense, you and your family made that tough decision by taken the doctor’s opinion, sending your father to the Nursing home. Then during your father’s last days; the Insurance Company changes their story, and now not only they are not paying the bill. The Insurance Company is going after your elderly mother who is living on Social Security with a 5 figure medical bill.

What would you do? Go get a lawyer?! What if the lawyers tell you that you don’t stand a chance… in winning? What would you do then?

Neil Cooperman is a researcher; he took on Imperfect Action by building a case against the huge HMO Insurance. After one year and many imperfect actions later, Neil won the case against the Insurance Company. In spite of what the expert lawyers said. Neil and his family got justice.

Don’t let anybody! Don’t let any expert tell you “You Can DO!” By Neil Cooperman

I was there when Neil was telling his story. Powerful story. Video flash me back to the excitment and sensation I shared with Neil and member participants at that time. Do not let others to change or distort your belief and faith. What you can rely on is what you believe. Thank you, Giovanna for this article. Thank you Neil for sharing your story.

Yes - I too was there and as Shaw says .. the electricity in the air was tangible as Neil revealed the story, the toil it took, the absolutely draining of his spirit while the process occurred .. but he never gave up, he’d never let himself fail and he did win through. I have huge admiration for Neil and I’m so pleased to be able to see the video again - as against all odds we can succeed.

Thank you Neil for sharing your story both at the time, which was a huge leap of faith to us your colleagues, and for letting Giovanna share this again with us

Thank you to both of you .. Hilary - Be Positive Be Happy

Hi Giovanna
I am a person who tends not to think that something is impossible. But, in South Africa, there is so much uphill with everything, that you have to choose your battles, as much as you may not want to.
I have now been struggling for three years to have the garage of my apartment transferred into my name. It’s ridiculous! Everybody has been paid so there is no incentive for anyone to assist and I am left to try to drive this thing. This is one battle I’ve had to pursue, but there are countless - phone companies, banks, post etc. Service levels in SA are dropping dramatically.

Good to know that justice is still alive…. somewhere…. it’s sad one needs to invest so much energy to prove the justice. It’s great to hear that there are cases where justice prevails in real world and not only in tales.
I love your real world stories you share here, Giovanna!

This story reminds readers how useful and important it is to get things in writing and signed by an individual of an organisation. At the same time, if you do not do this in advance of a challenging situation, you encouage people to keep faith and nurture hope in desirable outcomes. Uncertainty is reality yet people have chocies about the nature of energy they create and send out. Determination and persistence as well as positive energy are powerful.

Hi Shaw

It was a great event we did in San Diego; Neil was very brave in his way of opening up and sharing with everyone. I felt the same sensation once again when I was doing this post. All the feeling from San Diego came rushing back to me. Good Time.

Thanks for all of your support.

Hi Alik

Justice is still alive, by us sharing the more and more stories we are keeping justice alive. The world is an imperfect place, which is why sometime we have to show proved for our justice. But is it OK as long as we know what is rightfully ours.

Thank you for your comment and it is great to know that you really enjoy the real life story and I will keep them coming.

Thanks Neil,
Your bravery and courage are inspiring. I was there as you told this story and you reached deep inside yourself to bring this out, I thank you for that because you have give strength to so many others to tell their story. To take on a battle which people tell you is a loosing battle is hard in it’s self. The spirit of a Champion is in you Neil, continue to stand tall.

What a great story!

Too many people think there is nothing they can do in a situation like this, especially against such a big company. Kudos to Neil for taking action and showing it can be done.

Hi Michael

It reminds me of that saying that few problems can withstand sustained thinking. In this case, few problems can withstand sustained imperfect actions.

I think it really helps to pace yourself and sometimes commit to a long haul where persistence will win in the end.

I remember Neil’s story completely from the San Diego event. And it’s something I will never forget. His story hit home as, we too, are challenging our insurance company regarding our daughter’s physical therapy sessions. Hearing Neil’s story inspired and touched my heart.
Thank you Neil, Giovanna and Craig for making that weekend so memorable and life changing.

Many Blessings….Roxanne

Hi Hugo & Roxanne

I think most of us an feel Neil’s story in our heart. The big insurance made us feel so little and helpless. Neil reminded us that little people have a voice too, and we can be heard loud and clear if we are persistence.

I can’t wait to share more Imperfect Action story from others. We are making an impact.
Thanks for spending time with us in San Diego, it was a blessing for me to be with you :-)
