Guy Kawasaki is the author of 9 bestselling books, a well respected speaker. Founder of Alltop.com, a columnist for Entrepreneur Magazine, managing director of Garage Technology Ventures and he was an Apple Fellow at Apple Computer, Inc.
Does Guy Kawasaki sounds impressive to you? My answer is absolutely and wouldn’t it be great to have an opportunity to work for a man like him? Imagine what you can learn from someone like him.
My guest today is Neenz Faleafine. Neenz knows firsthand what it is like working closely with Guy Kawasaki. Neenz is the Chief Evangelist of Alltop. In her own words, “The Chief Evangelist do whatever it takes, as often as I possibly can to spread the good news about Alltop.” Neenz also have her own business ponomedia.com building communites through social media.
In our interview she shared the story about how Guy and her got connected through twitter, how she made a decision regarding a free TiVo and a funny story about an OPML file…All of that put her in the path that she is on today.
Neenz is an very inspiring person. She created her own opportunity by helping, in order to have the chance to learn from the best. She hope to never stop learning. She said, “When you stop learning, you’re just existing.”
Neenz wrote her own ticket in life. Her story will show you with a great attitude, her ability to keep taking actions under imperfect circumstance and the willingness to grind it out… leaded her right to Guy Kawasaki. In a short amount of time, how she became The Chief Evangelist of Alltop. Neenz is a woman with a lot of wisdom and she said, “If you want something you have to work for it.”

Dan and Deanna “Marketing Unscrambled”
I like hearing about real people in action, especially with results.
I like that Guy is down to Earth and has a sense of humor. I’m sure that Guy learns just as much from Neenz, as Neenz learns from Guy. That’s what makes partnerships work so well. You push each other.
Giovanna,
Thank you for bringing these exceptional individuals to our attention! They have such inspiring stories!

Hi Gio .. what a great story .. Ijust loved her approach .. offer yourself to learn, and life will develop from there - which it did. Excellent - she was in the right place at the right time and didn’t shrink - just realised the huge opportunity ahead. Fantastic ..
