We do not have a theme song. Yours is very good. You are so right about how music can change your mood, lift your spirits and so much more. Music is wonderful with so many kinds of music. Thank you for bringing it to mind in such a powerful way.

I have various theme songs, depending on my mood. When I was reading your post the one that came to mind most clearly was the music that I “hear” when I’m succeeding at something (like my last few reps that I manage after increasing the weights in my weight-training program) is the theme song to The “A”-Team. Sounds silly, but it makes me feel like I’ve achieved a goal.
I love music but I do not have a theme song. I only listen to some random songs. I did not thought of having one theme song yet now I think I’m going to find one to uplift my spirit. This song is nice… especially the background music. Thanks for sharing.

AWESOME Video!!!! We’re going to include it in our family morning ritual! We always start the day off with music. A get way to pump up a morning and get some bonus exercise while being silly with the Kiddos!
We start off with “Beautiful Day” by U2, then “Unwritten” by Natasha Bedingfield. By this time, the kiddos are asking “where’s our song?”
So, the rest of the morning is all about High School Musical! LOL
